John Kuzin

John Kuzin serves as the Senior Vice President of Spectrum Policy & Regulatory Counsel for Government Affairs at Qualcomm, a position held since March 2010. In this role, John oversees Qualcomm's worldwide spectrum strategy team to enhance the company's business interests while representing Qualcomm before the FCC and other federal agencies in North America. Prior to this, John held the title of Vice President and Senior Director within Qualcomm, where responsibilities included leading the spectrum policy team and developing regulatory strategies. John’s earlier experience includes serving as Of Counsel at Wiley Rein LLP, focusing on FCC matters and telecommunications disputes, and as a Senior Systems Engineer at Bellcore/Telcordia Technologies. John earned a Doctor of Law from New York University School of Law, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Cooper Union.
