Joseph Ka

Joseph Ka is an Engineering Director at Qualcomm, where they lead multiple cross-functional engineering teams to drive technological innovation and manage large-scale projects. Previously, they served as an ASIC Design Manager at Qualcomm from 2015 to 2018, guiding a team of engineers in high-quality ASIC design. Before that, Joseph spent five years at Texas Instruments as a Senior ASIC Design Engineer, executing the design and optimization of custom integrated circuits. They began their career as a Layout Design Engineer and progressed through various roles, honing their expertise in ASIC design and verification. Joseph is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Engineering at Caltech.
