Kapil Gupta

Kapil Gupta is the current Head of Finance at Qualcomm. Kapil has over four years of experience in finance, FP&A, and has worked extensively with global and local planning for business units. Kapil has a proven track record in delivering accurate budgets and forecasts, and is known for their continuous improvement in forecast accuracy. Kapil has also played a key role in developing business cases for new projects and expansions. In their previous role at Novartis, Kapil was responsible for various financial reports and analyses, collaborating with financial control personnel to ensure consistent results. Kapil also represented finance in various project activities. Kapil is a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and is known for their ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across different groups.

Kapil Gupta has a CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Bachelor of Commerce from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, and R&D Finance certification from Novartis finance college. Kapil also has Black Belt Six Sigma and IFRS certifications.
