Ken Vu

Ken Vu has extensive experience in patent law and engineering, with a career spanning multiple prestigious firms and companies. Ken Vu began as an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP, specializing in patent applications related to electrical, electronic, and mechanical technologies from 1997 to 2000. Subsequently, Ken Vu worked at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, continuing patent work before transitioning to DLA Piper, where responsibilities included preparing patent applications across various technical fields. As an Electrical Engineer at Raytheon, Ken Vu directed the communications intelligence system test organization and led systems engineering efforts. In 2002, Ken Vu joined Applied Medical as Patent Counsel, where responsibilities included building the patent department and managing the patent portfolio. Since August 2005, Ken Vu has been serving as Senior Patent Counsel at Qualcomm, providing comprehensive legal guidance on patent-related matters and handling litigation across various jurisdictions.
