Kurt Wolf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and licensing within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Sourcing & Licensing for 3rd Party IP HW/SW at Qualcomm since June 2014, Kurt previously held the position of Principal at Silicon-IP, Inc., where Kurt specialized in outsourcing for silicon design teams. Additional roles include consulting on design IP licensing and royalty contracts for Kilopass Technology and Globalfoundries, as well as a decade-long tenure as Director of Library/IP Management and Sourcing at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company. With a background that includes various roles at AMD, TSMC, and GF from 1995 to 2009, coupled with foundational marketing experience at AMD from 1985 to 1998, Kurt possesses a robust understanding of the industry. Kurt holds an MBA in Finance, Entrepreneur Studies, and Behavioral Finance from Santa Clara University and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
