Libby Mackay has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Staff Program Manager at Qualcomm since November 2004, focusing on data analytics. Previous roles at Qualcomm include PM for Device Test Engineering for the Americas and Europe and Staff Product Manager within the Engineering Services Group, where Libby co-led the Voice and SMS Working Group and the Marketing Working Group for the CDMA Development Group's International Roaming Team.
