Linda Simon

Linda Simon, Ph.D., currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Talent at Qualcomm, starting in January 2021, and is also the principal at LSimon Consulting, LLC. Since April 2020, Linda has been an Advisory Board Member at The University of Kansas School of Business. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Beautycounter, Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Walmart, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources for AT&T's Entertainment Group, where Linda led HR integration post-acquisition of DIRECTV. Linda's extensive experience also includes positions such as Senior Vice President of Talent Management at DIRECTV and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Marriott International. Linda holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University and dual bachelor's degrees in Business and Communications from The University of Kansas.
