Michaël Defferrard

Michaël Defferrard is a Machine Learning researcher currently pursuing a PhD at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) under the guidance of Prof. Pierre Vandergheynst. With a focus on the modeling and analysis of structured data, Michaël develops methods to enhance machine learning applications, particularly involving graphs, networks, and manifolds. Michaël previously worked as a Research Scientist at Qualcomm and held several roles in electronics and software engineering, contributing to research and product development across various domains. They have published extensively in top-tier venues and actively teach Data Science and Machine Learning.
