Murali Akula is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Software Engineering at Qualcomm since May 2003, Murali has also held positions as Director of Software Engineering and Principal Engineer/Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Murali worked at Ericsson from July 1999 to April 2003 as a Staff Engineer/Manager and began a career at Qualcomm from December 1995 to June 1999 as a Senior Engineer. Murali holds a degree in Computer Science & Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington (1994-1995) and completed an undergraduate degree at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (1989-1993).
