Nancy Battillo

Nancy Battillo is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in full-cycle staffing across various engineering disciplines. Since February 2007, Nancy has served as a Senior Manager at Qualcomm, managing recruitment efforts for multiple divisions, including QCT Modem Systems and Machine Learning, with requisition loads ranging from 50 to over 300. Prior to Qualcomm, Nancy worked as a Technical Recruiter at Nokia, where recruitment focused on hardware and embedded software engineers. Nancy also held a contract recruiting position at Viasat and SAIC, supporting diverse corporate functions and technical roles. An early career as an HR Analyst/Recruiter at Wind River Systems allowed Nancy to develop expertise in employee relations and training initiatives. Nancy holds a Master's degree in I/O Psychology from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Regis University.
