Pam Sauter is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Qualcomm, a position held since 1997. Prior to their tenure at Qualcomm, they worked in Human Resources at IBM from 1991 to 1997. Pam is currently pursuing both a Bachelor of Science in Employment Relations and Psychology and a Master of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations at Michigan State University.
