Patrick O'Horo

Patrick O'Horo is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software and systems engineering, particularly in the telecommunications and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Software Manager for RF Subsystem at Qualcomm, Patrick oversees a team responsible for LTE and UMTS small cell products while enhancing product quality through improved requirements and processes. Previous roles include consulting for Avionic Instruments, where Patrick facilitated the transition to software-based systems, and management positions at Sirius Satellite Radio, Sarnoff Corporation, and Tyco, where Patrick contributed to advanced technology development and team expansion. Patrick's career also features significant engineering roles at Motorola, Philips Consumer Communications, Lucent, AT&T, and Paradyne, supported by a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida.
