Prayag Patel

Prayag Patel is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Vice President of Technology at Qualcomm since January 2003. In this role, Prayag oversees all aspects of the physical implementation of QCOM Adreno GPU cores, focusing on synthesis, place and route, low power design, and customized IP solutions. Prior to Qualcomm, Prayag worked at AMCC as a Senior Design Engineer, contributing to SONET chip set design, and at Intel as a Senior Design Engineer on the Itanium processor design team. Prayag holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a BE in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
