Rafi Levy

Rafi Levy is an experienced professional in program management and product management, currently working at Qualcomm since November 2009, managing hardware, software, SoC, and platform products. Rafi is also the owner of Unified Technologies Environment, a consulting firm providing market research analysis and program management services, with prior clients including a software-defined radio company and a digital optical network metro link company. Previous roles include Director of Product Management at Marvell, Senior Manager of the Mobile Wireless Group at Intel, and VLSI Design Automation Manager at Intel, where management of a team focused on VLSI digital design automation and CAD tools was key. Rafi's educational background includes a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, an MBA from Golden Gate University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
