Rajneesh Kumar

Rajneesh Kumar is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience at Qualcomm, where roles have included Senior Director, Director, and various engineering positions, demonstrating expertise in product development for wearable and IoT technologies. Prior to this, Rajneesh worked at IBM, making significant contributions to interconnection and assembly development for advanced packaging technologies, while also filing multiple patents aimed at enhancing thermal and reliability performance. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering from Penn State University and a B.E. in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology. Rajneesh’s career began at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology as a Graduate Assistant focused on polymer matrix composites.
