Rashid Attar

Rashid Attar is the Senior Vice President of Cloud Computing at Qualcomm, where they lead engineering efforts for Cloud/Edge AI inference accelerators and oversee a robust ASIC and hardware R&D portfolio. Having devoted their career to innovative technology research and development, Rashid played a key role in the creation of 3G cellular networks and the commercialization of multiple CDMA2000 technologies. Previously, they served as Head of ASIC and HW R&D at Qualcomm Research, managing significant projects geared toward next-generation solutions. Rashid holds a degree from Syracuse University and has consistently motivated cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals throughout their tenure.
