Richard Green has extensive experience in the legal and biotechnology fields, with a focus on intellectual property and patent litigation. Beginning as a Research Technician at Cornell University's Institute for Biotechnology & Life Science Technologies, Richard later transitioned into law, earning a Doctor of Law degree from The George Washington University Law School. Further legal experience includes roles as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and various positions at prestigious law firms such as Fish & Richardson P.C. and Weil Gotshal and Manges. Richard also held significant roles as a Partner at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal and as Assistant General Counsel at Technicolor. Currently, Richard serves as Vice President & Legal Counsel for Qualcomm Technology Licensing, continuing a robust career in intellectual property law.
