Robert Kwan

Robert Kwan is an accomplished IT Architect and Senior Staff member at Qualcomm, where tenure spans from December 2007 to the present. Kwan has extensive experience leading mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities and enterprise-wide initiatives, demonstrating a strong proficiency in acquisition planning, due diligence, and integration. Skills include organizational abilities, problem solving, interpersonal communication, decision-making, and technical project management. Kwan has developed and updated M&A strategy playbooks and collaborated with multiple Business and Engineering Leadership Teams to ensure project success. Prior to Qualcomm, Kwan held the position of Systems Administrator at the Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission, gaining expertise in data management, Linux and Microsoft administration, and virtualization. Kwan's early experiences at Los Alamos National Laboratory involved roles as a data manager/programmer and web developer. Kwan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC San Diego.
