Robert Matias

Robert Matias, MBA, has extensive experience in the technology sector, specifically with Qualcomm Technologies Inc. since September 1997, where Robert serves as a Sr Staff/Mgr Component Specialist. In this role, Robert oversees the Components Engineering Department, managing engineering support, component validation, environmental compliance, and various ERP and PLM solutions. Prior to Qualcomm, Robert held a position in Loss Prevention at The TJX Companies, Inc. and served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included military planning and leadership roles during deployments in the Persian Gulf and Somalia. Robert holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and a BA in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Iona University. Additionally, Robert is a member of Qualcomm's Military Veteran's Board.
