Robert Wilson is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications and systems engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer and Manager at Qualcomm since December 2013, Robert leads the systems team for big data collection and oversees the design and specification of software architecture for on-device data collection. Previous roles at Qualcomm include Staff Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed defining RF specifications for TD-SCDMA and testing LTE platforms. Robert's career also includes impactful contributions at Sigma Designs, Sequoia Communications, and research positions at Magis Networks and Fantasma Networks. Robert holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a BE in Electrical Engineering from The University of Auckland.
