Sergio Mier

Sergio Mier is the Vice President of Engineering at Qualcomm, where they lead post-silicon Test Engineering teams across multiple business units, focusing on both bring-up and production stages. With extensive experience in handling advanced technology nodes (under 5nm) and diverse foundries, Sergio has been instrumental in optimizing semiconductor quality, cost, and time to market through data analytics and machine learning. Prior to their current role, they held positions at Delphi and Symtx, where they worked on automation and custom bench equipment design. Sergio holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from USC and a Bachelor’s degree from ITESM.
