Shail Dave

Shail Dave is currently a Senior AR/VR Systems Modeling Engineer at Qualcomm, where they work on modeling next-generation XR system-on-chips that enhance daily life through smart glasses and other platforms. They have previously contributed as a Research Scholar in the SRC Research Scholars Program and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Arizona State University, focusing on programmable dataflow accelerators and architectural design explorations. Shail earned a PhD in Computer Engineering from Arizona State University, and their academic tenure includes a Teaching Assistant role, where they received the Outstanding TA Award. Prior to these roles, they gained experience at companies such as SanDisk, MathWorks, and ISRO, enriching their expertise in ASIC verification, software engineering, and research.
