Stephanie Seracka

Stephanie Seracka is an accomplished leader in talent development with extensive experience in senior management roles across prominent technology companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Development at Qualcomm since July 2021, Stephanie previously held the position of Talent Management and Development Director at Microsoft from October 2017 to July 2021. Prior roles include significant contributions at Amazon, Slalom Consulting, Avanade, and Intel, focusing on the design and implementation of talent management and leadership development programs to enhance retention, engagement, and executive capabilities on a global scale.
