Stone Yun

Stone Yun is a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Qualcomm and a PhD candidate at the University of Waterloo, where they work under Dr. Alexander Wong. They have previously served as a Research Assistant at McGill University, contributing to automated design space exploration tools for deep neural networks. Stone has completed a Master's of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering with a perfect GPA and holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from McGill University. Their innovative work includes the development of real-time AI upscaling algorithms for mobile applications, earning them multiple patents in AI technology.
