Susan Yang

Susan Yang is a seasoned human resources professional with over 13 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Qualcomm since June 2010, Susan provides HR consultation and solutions to support the APAC business and engineering leadership team. Prior to this role, Susan worked as a Senior HR Generalist and Staffing Lead at MicroStrategy from March 2007 to July 2010, where responsibilities included supporting the establishment and growth of the China Technology Center. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Recruiting Specialist at BoldTech Systems from November 2004 to February 2007, leading recruitment efforts for the China office. Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Zhejiang University, completed in 2004.
