Vk Jones

VK Jones is a highly experienced engineering professional with a notable career spanning over two decades in the technology sector. Since December 2006, VK Jones has held the position of Senior Vice President, Engineering and Qualcomm Fellow at Qualcomm Incorporated, following roles as Senior Vice President, Engineering and Vice President, Technology. Prior to Qualcomm, VK Jones served as Chief Scientist and VP of ASIC at Airgo Networks from January 2001 to December 2006 and as Manager of the Algorithm Group at Cisco Systems Inc. from 1998 to 2000. Earlier experience includes a position as Chief Scientist at Clarity Wireless in 1997-1998. VK Jones holds a PhD and MSEE in Engineering from Stanford University (1990-1995) and a BSEE in Engineering from Purdue University (1986-1990).
