Xiaohui Zhang

Xiaohui Zhang serves as a Compliance Manager at Qualcomm since July 2014, where responsibilities include designing and implementing a new FCPA and anti-corruption risk management program within the Coupa enterprise supplier relationship management platform, as well as enhancing efficiency through stakeholder discussions. Prior to this role, Xiaohui held various positions at Qualcomm, including Compliance Analyst and Senior Compliance Analyst, focusing on anti-corruption compliance and third-party risk management. Xiaohui's experience also includes a Financial Analyst Intern role at Entropic Communications and managerial positions at the Bank of China, where a team was led to provide Trade Finance services. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in Accounting from Renmin University of China and studies at the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management.
