Yong Shen

Yong Shen is a DFT Staff Engineer who previously worked as a Senior Engineer at Qualcomm, where they specialized in synthesis flow, RTL-MBIST, and scan insertion. Prior to that, they served as an ASIC Design Engineer at AMD, gaining expertise in scan insertion, ATPG, and the use of Mentor DFT tools. Yong holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, which they completed in 2015.
