Jeff Roest

Jeff Roest is currently the VP of Finance at Qualia. Jeff has held this position since September 2019. Prior to that, they were the Controller at Qualia from September 2018 to October 2022.

Before joining Qualia, Jeff was with Prosper Marketplace for over 5 years in various financial reporting roles. Jeff started as a Senior Manager Financial Reporting in September 2015 and was promoted to Director, Financial Reporting in June 2017. In their time at Prosper, Jeff led the team through the company's IPO in January 2016 and subsequent follow-on offering in October 2016.

Jeff began their career at EY in September 2005 as a Manager. Jeff was promoted to Senior Staff Accountant-Apeldoorn, The Netherlands in September 2008 and then Manager in April 2012. Jeff spent 2 years in EY's Apeldoorn office before returning to the US in 2014.

Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Accounting.

Jeff Roest graduated with a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University in Business. Jeff then went on to get their certification from CPA California in CPA, CA (Ontario).
