Peter Estermann began their career as an Agricultural Engineer in 1981, gaining extensive experience across various sectors including Agribusiness, Retail, and Industry. They became a Partner and Chief of Portfolio Management at Patria in 2021, where they manage a diverse portfolio of invested companies. Committed to transparency and ethical leadership, Estermann currently serves on the Board and Strategy Committee at Grupo Ultra and is a Board Member at Qualicorp, contributing to the success of these significant organizations in Brazil. Peter holds degrees from Universidade Federal de Lavras and Harvard Business School, equipping them with a solid foundation in management and leadership.
