Chrissy Ramirez is an experienced professional in solutions consulting and project management, currently serving as a Solutions Consultant at Qualifacts since August 2025. Prior to this role, Chrissy held the position of Project Manager at Qualifacts from November 2021 to December 2024, where successful SaaS implementations for Credible and OnCall platforms were led, ensuring client satisfaction and managing complex projects from initiation to completion. With a substantial background at ChildNet Youth and Family Services from July 2002 to November 2021, Chrissy excelled as a Program Data Administrator, overseeing the transition to a new EHR system for 300 employees and enhancing staff proficiency through training programs.
