Anna Li

Anna Li, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Anna is currently working as the Director of Customer Success at Qualified since September 2021. Prior to this, Anna worked as a Success Architect at Qualified from November 2020 to September 2021.

Before joining Qualified, Anna worked at Salesforce for six years. Their roles at Salesforce included Principal Success Guide (Consultant) from September 2017 to November 2020 and Senior Implementation Specialist, Pardot from March 2014 to September 2017. At Salesforce, Anna excelled in delivering proactive success engagements, driving adoption, and increasing business value. Anna also managed the successful implementation of Salesforce Pardot for over 200 clients.
