Hung Truong has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Hung is currently the Director of Customer Success at Qualified.com, where they oversee customer satisfaction and manages the full stack of meeting tools. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at GetFeedback, Inc. from 2018 to 2019. Hung also served as the Head of Product and Growth at Buyer Discovery from 2017 to 2018. In 2015, they worked as a Senior Product Strategist at Appster, assisting entrepreneurs with product strategy and coaching them on lean methodologies. Hung is also the founder of Appiley, a company that provides customized mobile apps for businesses at an affordable rate. Hung has also held positions at Trulia and Train By Cell. Hung's career began as a Territory Representative at T-Mobile in 2003.

Hung Truong attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2000 to 2004, where they studied Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business. In 2018, they obtained a certification in GetFeedback Onboarding from GetFeedback, Inc.
