Ian Faison

Ian Faison is the CEO and Founder of Caspian Studios, leading efforts to integrate Hollywood storytelling into B2B marketing since February 2020. Additionally, Faison serves as an advisor at Qualified, promoting conversational marketing technology for B2B companies. Previous roles include co-founding and serving as Chief Marketing Officer at The Mission, where Faison developed a successful media company, and acting as a founding partner and CMO at VETCON, linking veteran-led startups with investors. With a strong background in marketing and business development, Faison has worked for Victory Media and held various leadership positions in the U.S. Army, overseeing HR operations. Faison graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Management, Business, Systems Engineering, and Leadership.
