Charan Matharu

Charan Matharu is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support and management. Currently serving as IT Manager at Qualio since January 2022, Charan previously held the position of Senior IT Support Analyst at Yext from June 2019 to January 2022, and served as Servicedesk Analyst at French Connection from December 2017 to June 2019. Earlier experience includes roles as Helpdesk Support Analyst at Oracle from August 2014 to October 2017, where effective remote support was provided, and as Sales Assistant at WHSmith from September 2008 to August 2014, focusing on customer service.
