Liz Warner

Liz Warner is a Fractional CTO and board-level advisor with extensive experience in delivering company and organizational transformation across finance, gaming, and media sectors. They served as Lead Developer at BabyCenter, architecting the prototype community site, and later as Interim CTO and Interim Director of Software Development at various organizations, including LendInvest and Motion Picture Solutions, where they drove agile transformations and modern software practices. Liz co-founded Madfish, a digital agency that gained high-profile clients, and has continued to mentor teams and lead technology initiatives, most recently as Vice President of Engineering at Qualis Flow. They hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
