Luis Morales

Luis Morales is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, management, and military operations. Currently serving as a Test Engineer at Qualis Corporation since September 2023, Morales previously worked at SAIC as a FORGE Systems Engineer and briefly as a Golf Club Builder at Edel Golf. Notably, Morales served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Lockheed Martin, where involvement in the DoD Skillbridge internship contributed to managing finance for the Space Protection Program. As Director, Plans & Programs for Space Delta 8 at the United States Space Force, oversight of personnel and high-value weapons systems was a key responsibility. A former Chief of Tactics & Training in the United States Air Force, Morales provided critical communication support and risk management for significant military assets. Additional roles included MILSATCOM Operator and USAF Academy Admission Advisor, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Air Force Academy.
