QUALITANCE
Radu Constantinescu has a diverse work experience. Radu is currently the Chief Executive Officer at QUALITANCE, a company that designs and builds innovative products and services using next-generation technology. Radu has been with QUALITANCE since 2007, initially starting as a Managing Partner before assuming their current role in January 2022.
Prior to their role at QUALITANCE, Radu had a career in academia. Radu worked at the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest from 2003 to 2013, where they held various positions including Associate Professor, Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer PhD. Radu'sresponsibilities included teaching computer science courses, conducting research, and leading classes and practical activities in various areas such as computer networks, operating systems, web technologies, and IT basics.
In addition to their academic career, Radu also worked at E-CAESAR from 2009 to 2013 as a Competency Lead. In this role, they managed e-government projects, including EU LSP SPOCS.
Early in their career, Radu worked as an IT specialist at Nationala SA from 2000 to 2005.
