David Gale is currently the R&D Director of Food Solutions at QualiTech, specializing in identifying technical possibilities and leading teams to implement them. Previously, they held roles at Cereal Partners Worldwide, where they managed and developed teams across Latin and South America, and at General Mills, where they advanced proprietary technologies and co-led significant projects in cereal manufacturing. David also served as the R&D Technology Manager at Medallion Labs, overseeing a newly established technology team. They earned a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
