San Saephan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management, process improvement, and supply chain management. Since March 2017, San Saephan has served as a Project Engineer at Qualitel Corp., overseeing work order flows and ensuring timely deliveries while equipping teams with essential tools for successful project completion. Prior to this role, San Saephan worked for Schippers and Crew, Inc. from 2007 to 2017 as a Process Engineer and Supply Chain Manager, focusing on cost reduction and equipment maintenance. San Saephan’s career at Schippers and Crew began in 1999, holding various positions including SMT Manager and Surface Mount Inspector. From 1995 to 1999, San Saephan was the Production Manager at Mason Cable Inc., responsible for directing assembly procedures and managing daily operations.
