Steve Spath

Steve Spath is a Senior Design Engineer at Qualitrol Co. LLC, where they manage projects and lead mechanical design initiatives, particularly in the nuclear power sector. Previously, Steve held roles such as Group Leader Tool Engineering at Bausch & Lomb Eyewear Division and had extensive experience in mechanical design across several companies, including MKS Instruments and ECRM. They hold a Master Black Belt in Value Stream Mapping and are proficient in various AutoDesk products. Steve is an Eagle Scout and enjoys golf, boating, and reading. Currently, Steve is pursuing a degree in Business Management at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
