Design. Supply. Install.
Smarter structural delivery for mass timber and prefab framing.

Quality Buildings (QB) is your single-source industrialized construction partner for mass timber and prefabricated framing — not just a framing subcontractor.

We bring Design | Supply | Install under one roof, supported by in-house structural engineering, integrated prefabrication, and field teams trained in lean construction principles.

This unified delivery model eliminates handoffs, reduces risk, and ensures that every connection, shipment, and sequence is optimized before it ever hits the jobsite.

Our integrated approach keeps your project flexible and efficient — while our single-source accountability provides the certainty, speed, and control mass timber projects demand.

The result:

✅ Reduced risk and rework

✅ Accelerated schedules

✅ Cost and supply stability

✅ Predictable constructability from model to install

And it all starts with early coordination.

Bringing QB into design unlocks exponential value — 10 hours of collaboration in BIM or engineering can save weeks in the field and recover up to 10% of total project cost, offsetting any perceived premium for mass timber and maximizing ROI.

Since 2008, our mission has been simple:
We don’t just deliver materials — we deliver certainty. We make the complex simple.
