Bill Taylor

Bill Taylor has worked in the technology industry since 1999. In 1999, they began their career as a Digital Media Solutions Manager at NetEffect Corporation. In 2001, they moved to Convergent as a Senior Engineer/Manager of R&D, where they served as the company liaison for engineering and development partners, managed research and development initiatives, and consulted on video-on-demand, multi-casting, and other video distribution models. In 2003, they became the Senior Creative Director at RedTree Group Consulting. In 2005, they were hired as the Director of Sales Engineering at Reflect Systems, where they developed architecture for digital signage networks and pilots. In 2009, they became the Director of Sales Engineering at CoolSign and was later promoted to Director of Global Digital Signage at Haivision in the same year. In 2020, they were hired as the Senior Director of Sales Engineering at Sherpa Digital Media, which was acquired by Telestream in August 2021. In 2021, they became the Principal Sales Engineer of Platform Streaming Solutions at Telestream. Most recently, in 2022, they were hired as the Vice President of Sales Engineering, U.S. at Quality Clouds. Throughout their career, Bill Taylor has played instrumental roles in business development, pre-sales engineering, product education, and outbound product marketing campaigns.

Bill Taylor attended Georgia College & State University from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a BS in Broadcast Journalism.
