Ignacio Sales

Ignacio Sales has a diverse work experience, beginning in 1999 when they worked as a Technical Analyst for IBM Global Services. In 2003, they moved to GFT, where they worked as a Senior Software Architect and Senior Engineer. In 2015, they became the Co-Founder and CTO of Quality Clouds, leading the development of the core architecture of Quality Clouds for ServiceNow and Quality Clouds for SalesForce.com.

Ignacio Sales obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Yale University between 1992 and 1995. Ignacio has also obtained several certifications, including a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow in June 2021, a Cloudera Certified Administrator for Apache Hadoop (CCAH) from Cloudera in June 2015, a Mining Massive Datasets certification from Coursera in December 2014, an R Programming certification from Coursera in November 2014, and a Machine Learning certification from Coursera in December 2013.
