Serena C. serves as the Director of Artist Management at Quality Control Music since November 2020, overseeing music releases and project management for developing artists, including budgeting and tracking deliverables. Previous experience includes serving as a Day to Day Manager for the rap duo City Girls, handling travel and logistics for various engagements. Serena has worked as an Executive Assistant to the President and CEO, coordinating schedules, travel logistics, and financial reporting. Earlier roles include a Publicity Assistant in the Talent Department at ID, an Executive Assistant & Camp Director at the Rosie Nix Foundation, and a Production Assistant & Talent Coordinator for the BET Hip Hop Awards. Serena's career began with internships at The Garner Circle PR, HarperCollins Publishers, and Quality Control Music, where foundational skills in PR and marketing were developed. Serena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Clark Atlanta University.
