David Bernard

David Bernard has a strong background in project management, particularly in the field of transportation data collection services. As a Senior Operations Manager at Quality Counts, LLC since 2016, they have overseen numerous traffic data collection projects across the US, with a focus on the northeast. Prior to that, they owned and operated a small relocation business called Kings Workers Moving Company from 2009. David also served as a firefighter at Sterling Volunteer Fire Company from 2013 to 2016.

David Bernard attended Salisbury University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in VDOT - Safety Cert - Intermediate Work Zone from VDOT in November 2019.
