Jay McComb

Jay McComb, Vice President, has more than 30 years of management experience. Jay has responsibility for all Horizontal Curve Assessment (HCA) projects which have included statewide efforts in Ohio, New York Ohio and South Carolina, as well as many smaller projects throughout the United States. Under Jay’s leadership Quality Counts has become the largest horizontal curve data collector in the US with over 50,000 centerline miles collect and processed. In addition to HCA, Jay has managed hundreds of data collection projects. Jay is a member of the QC Executive team and sits on the board of directors for QC Holdings.

Prior to joining Quality Counts, Jay has been a successful small business owner and team building consultant. This experience combined with 13 years in parking management has provided Jay with extensive skills in personnel, financial and time management.
