As Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Mark is responsible for QC’s Proposal, Business Development, Marketing, and DataPoint Sales teams. Starting at QC as an Operations Manager, his project management experience involves methodology development, scoping, overseeing fieldwork tasks, data processing, and delivery for efforts ranging from small TIAs and neighborhood counts through state coverage programs and nationwide research projects. Mark is one of the leading transportation data collection experts on the use of drones and other aircraft to analyze vehicle trajectories, school operations, and parking behavior.

Mark’s procedural and forward-thinking mindset have helped QC evolve from a traffic count vendor to a transportation data consulting firm. He has expanded Quality Counts’ capabilities to include aerial services and RFP consulting and continues to improve the clarity, efficiency, and responsiveness of the project management processes. Mark approaches new challenges objectively, making him an effective and reliable partner for engineers and agencies seeking to improve their data programs.
