Scott Carter

Scott Carter is a skilled Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) with extensive experience in pipeline inspection and welding. Currently employed with Natural Energy Field Services, LLC since January 2018, Scott oversees pipeline welding inspection for Kinder Morgan on significant projects such as the Gulf Coast Express and Permian Highway Pipeline. In addition, Scott has been working with Quality Integrated Services, Inc. since October 2018, focusing on the Mountaineer Express Pipeline, where responsibilities include inspecting SMAW welds and coordinating non-destructive testing (NDE). Prior experience includes a role at Cleveland Integrity Services, Inc., where Scott served as a quality specialist for the Atlantic Sunrise and Nexus Pipelines. Scott's professional journey began as a certified pipeline welder from January 2006 to October 2017, welding on various pipelines across the United States. Scott holds a degree in Agricultural Business from Tarleton State University and an AWS Certified Welding Inspector certification from REAL Educational Services, Inc.
