Troy Prough

Troy Prough is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technology support and management. As the Cloud Specialist Team Lead and IT Consultant at QualityIP since July 2011, Troy has provided comprehensive IT solutions for local small businesses, addressing desktops, servers, telecom, and network-related challenges. Prior to this role, Troy served as a Computer Technician at Hudson Library & Historical Society from June 2007 to August 2011, managing a network of nine servers and over 140 computers for staff and patrons. Troy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Kent State University, obtained between 2009 and 2014, and has foundational training from Maplewood Career Center, completed in 2007.
